Each floor has three 2-bedroom apartments, two 1-bedroom apartments and an efficiency apartment. In 1897, the Wichita city government purchased land in the neighborhood and began developing parks. It also built two more bridges, increasing access to the area and attracting more home buyers. [4] Riverside became a popular recreational area for local residents, and development continued over the ensuing decades.
In 2007, in a $1.4 billion transaction the Epic Center, One and Two Brittany Place and 31 other buildings, were acquired by real estate investment firm Behringer Harvard, when it acquired IPC US REIT.
