Frederick Coolidge Crawford (March 19, 1891 – December 9, 1994) was an American industrialist and philanthropist. He was also the president of Thompson Products, Inc. (which later became part of TRW ) and a major promoter of the National Air Races in Cleveland .
Crawford became a director of the Anglo-American Corporation, and a resident of Rhodesia. His passport was withdrawn by the British government on 9 May 1968, while he was visiting London, because of his implicit support for Rhodesia's 1965 Unilateral Declaration of Independence , which Britain and the United Nations had deemed illegal.
