If you plan on replacing the antenna with a higher gain like the Abbree whip/blade antennas (which are actually pretty decent antennas), I'd suggest using an antenna relocation cable, just to reduce the strain on the radios antenna connection. Those flexible/weavable antennas in the post above mine are shit antennas, don't waste your money.
