Chief Keen has been a sworn member of the Terre Haute Police Department for over 24 years. During this time, he has been assigned to the uniform patrol division and criminal investigation division where he served as assistant chief for ten years.

Terre Haute Police Department . General Information . The Violent Crimes Unit currently consists of four detectives and a Sergeant. The unit’s focus is on crimes against persons. The unit deals with Homicides, Robberies, Rapes, Abductions, Missing Persons, Shootings, Serious Batteries, and Death Investigations.
