    No, they are different vehicles. The L300 article relates to the L300 Mini Van (see this articles lead paragraph), which is a commercial vehicle. The model designation 'Delica' was taken from the earlier L300 and given to the passenger versions of the L300's and L400's and later D5. The L300 Delica model being the 'Star Wagon.
