Zion is the third studio album by Australian contemporary worship music band Hillsong United. It was released on 22 February 2013 for Australia, and was released by 26 February 2013 internationally, under Hillsong Music and Sparrow Records . [ 1 ]

The band released their third studio album Zion in February 2013. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and topped Billboard's Top Christian Albums. [10] The album features "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)", which has been certified 4× Platinum in the U.S. [11] and was awarded Top Christian Song at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. [12]
Zion Acoustic Sessions is the twelfth live album from the contemporary Christian music band Hillsong United which features the 12 songs from its previous album presented in an acoustic version. [1] The album is available exclusively on iTunes . [ 2 ]
In 2009, Zion I released The Takeover. [9] In 2010, Zion I released Atomic Clock. [10] Heroes in the Healing of the Nation, the second collaborative studio album with The Grouch, was released in 2011. [11] In 2012, Zion I released Shadowboxing, which was included on SF Weekly ' s "10 Best Bay Area Hip-Hop Records of 2012" list. [12]
Jon Azpiri of AllMusic wrote, "Influenced equally by hip-hop and various forms of electronica, Zion I offers listeners a collage of new sounds mixed with ancient spiritualism." [3] Del F. Cowie of Exclaim! called it "a truly invigorating affair." [6] In 2015, HipHopDX included it on the "30 Best Underground Hip Hop Albums Since 2000" list. [2]
Zion80 is the debut album by guitarist Jon Madof's Zion80 which was released in 2013 on John Zorn's Tzadik Records as part the Radical Jewish Culture series. [1] The album combines music written by Shlomo Carlebach performed in the Afrobeat style of Fela Kuti .
