Jessica Eve Campbell [1] (born June 24, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player who is the assistant coach for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). She is the first female coach in the NHL. [2] During her playing career, Campbell played for the Canadian women's national team.
Campbell was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. [3] Her acting appearances included the roles of Tammy Metzler in the 1999 film Election, for which she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Debut Performance, [4] [5] Julie Gold in the 2001 film The Safety of Objects, [6] and the two-episode guest role of Amy Andrews in the TV series Freaks and Geeks.
