Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala (English: Shyamala lost in thought) is a 1998 Malayalam satire film written and directed by Sreenivasan.The film stars Sangita and Sreenivasan in the lead roles with supporting cast include Thilakan, Innocent, Nedumudi Venu, Sudheesh, and Siddique.The film is about an irresponsible husband and his neglected family.

Thikkurissy married three times in his life. His first wife was Sarojini Kunjamma, daughter of Madhavan Unnithan, who belonged to a prominent family in Karuvatta, Haripad, known as Samudayathil. The couple has two daughters. The eldest, Shyamala Devi Kunjamma alias Lekha was an executive engineer in Ernakulam.
