State Route 374 (SR 374) is north–south state highway in Hocking County, Ohio, located in the southern portion of the state.Its southern terminus is over 4 miles (6.4 km) east of the unincorporated village of South Bloomingville at State Route 56, and its northern terminus is near the unincorporated village of Rockbridge at US 33, west of Logan.

Continuing southeast, the highway enters Ohio's scenic Hocking Hills region near Sugar Grove as an expressway. East of Logan, the highway again becomes limited-access for approximately 13 miles (21 km). As the route approaches Nelsonville, traffic continues on the limited access four-lane bypass that opened October 1, 2013. [3]
Starting in 2011, SR 664 (along the concurrency with SR 374) was rerouted to a new alignment near the Old Man's Cave area of Hocking Hills State Park. [9] The realignment was needed to reduce the conflict between traffic on the road and pedestrians in the vicinity of the park. The one-mile-long (1.6 km) realignment opened by January 2013. [10]
