GRI 1 prescribes how to classify products at the 4-digit Heading level, based on the wording of the headings and the relative HS Section and Chapter Notes. GRI 2 prescribes how to classify both incomplete and unassembled goods, and mixtures and combinations of goods.
The combined nomenclature shall comprise : (a) the harmonized system nomenclature; (b) Community subdivisions to that nomenclature, referred to as 'CN subheadings' in those cases where a corresponding rate of duty is specified; (c) preliminary provisions, additional section or chapter notes and footnotes relating to CN subheadings.

It contains twelve stories, seven of which were previously published in the magazine Pandji Poestaka , as well as an introduction by Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana .

He served as the head football coach at West Virginia University from 1976 to 1979 and at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) from 1986 to 2005, compiling a career college football record of 199–77–1.
