Nine Muses (Korean: 나인뮤지스, often stylized as 9Muses) was a South Korean girl group formed by Star Empire Entertainment in 2010 with an admission and graduation concept. The group consists of total of fourteen former members: Jaekyung, Bini, Rana, Lee Sem, Sera , Eunji, Euaerin, Minha, Hyuna, Sungah, Gyeongree , Hyemi, Sojin, and Keumjo.
Prima Donna (stylized as PRIMA DONNA) is the debut and only studio album by South Korean girl group Nine Muses, released on October 14, 2013 through Star Empire Entertainment. A majority of the album's production is by Han Jae-ho and Kim Seung-soo, also known as Sweetune , who have worked with the group since their 2011 single "Figaro".

After the promotions for the trio ended, a teaser image for a Nine Muses comeback came out on January 8, 2015, also announcing the album to be released on January 23. [7] On January 11, another teaser was unveiled, confirming another line-up change to the group, as two new members appeared along the other girls showing only their backs. [8]
On June 23, the first teaser for the music video of the title track "Hurt Locker" was released on Nine Muses' official YouTube channel. [8] A second teaser came out the day after, on June 24. [9] The third and last teaser, which was mainly focused on member Hyemi, was released on June 29. [10]

Star Empire Entertainment began releasing teaser pictures of their first project-unit on August 22 that included Nine Muses member Gyeongree and So Jin and ZE:A member Kevin. [1] The unit was announced to be called Nasty Nasty and debuted on September 3, 2014 with their title track "Knock."
