The Zetland Hotel is located on the north east coast of England at Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire. [1] It was designed by William Peachey, architect to the Stockton and Darlington Railway. The seaside resort of Saltburn was developed by Henry Pease who was a director of the Stockton and Darlington Railway. It is a Grade II listed building.
Saltburn would get a new boat in 1880, a 34-foot self-righting 'pulling and sailing' (P&S) lifeboat, one with oars and sails, constructed by Woolfe of Shadwell.
