I'm not the biggest fan for the end-game grind, especially with Bethesda limiting what you can do per day, and how hard it is to get a good meta-ish guns, with a game like fallout New Vegas and even 4 it's a bit more straight forward, since the system in New Vegas is unique weapons and 4's legendary system is more simple than 76's this is how I feel rn
So.. I have a genuine Fallout 76 review from a person who hasn’t played since release. Quick background: I bought the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition, which was a big spend for someone like me, but I genuinely love the Fallout series. As silly and naive as it sounds, Fallout 3 was the first console game I ever owned.
This game feels way more true to fallout as a pseudo MMO than Elder scrolls online as a full blown MMO does to the Single Player games. ESO feels like an MMO with about 10 percent of what makes Elder scrolls games. and fallout 76 instantly feels like a fallout game with some grinding thrown in. Huge recommend.
The hunger, thirst, decreased carry capacity somehow make this game more fun than Fallout 4. I can't describe why, but now all the consumables which were worthless in Fallout 4 become far more interesting in Fallout 76. Also these survival mechanics feel right for a world that's only 25 years after the apocalypse. Section 6: The Perk Card system
I am a huge Fallout fan, I have played 1,2,3,NV and 4 dozens of times but i’m a little burnt out and looking for a more fresh Fallout experience so I began looking into Fallout 76 again. I bought this game when it came out and I was horribly disappointed. Mostly towards the extreme amount of bugs I experienced but also how dry the game felt.
A lot of people in this subreddit are going to say yes. But I'd recommend Fallout 4 would be better for your next Fallout game because Fallout 76 isn't the most Fallouty game. I mean it is Fallout but it's online, so the restrictions in a RPG you get from that are really noticable. Fallout 4 doesn't have these restrictions.
Here’s a controversial opinion: Fallout 76 is a good game. Here’s a less controversial opinion: Fallout 4 is a good game, just not a good “Fallout” game. Gameplay I’ve heard that comment echo a lot within the fallout and general gaming community. It’s because to a large portion of people Fallout 4’s best parts are the exploration ...

Greetings fellow vault dwellers, I’ve been playing FNV for about 2-3 months now. Want to try out other fallout games but some of the reviews for ‘Bethesda made’ games are pretty negative, so I’d like to know all the pros and cons of Fallout 76 (and maybe Fallout 4 as well).
Fallut 76 has a hint of ARK survival Evolved if it was made by a developer that actually knew what they were doing, with a pre generated world that cannot be touched, you can either do some quests (which are basically side quests from previous fallout games, fun but quick) or go and build your C.A.M.P. with an overhauled building system from ...
