Unknown date - Utah Travel Council - Map appears to have been originally drafted in the 1960s, with manual updates applied to the late 1970s. Map is one of the best I have for reference, but does contain anacronisms, such as 1960s era designations but with freeway segments drawn as complete that were not finished until the 1970s.

The first national atlas of the United States, titled the Statistical Atlas of the United States Based on the Results of the Ninth Census 1870, was published in 1874. [1] Francis A. Walker, the Superintendent of the 1870 U.S. Census compiled this atlas "with contributions from many eminent men of science and several departments of the government."
