The Seversky Donets (Russian: Се́верский Доне́ц, lit. 'Severians' Donets, diminutive of Don') or Siverskyi Donets (Ukrainian: Сіверський Донець), usually simply called the Donets, is a river on the south of the East European Plain.

Vovcha (Ukrainian: Вовча, Russian: Волчья) is an 88 km (55 mi) long left tributary of the Donets in the Belgorod Oblast of Russia and Kharkiv Oblast in Ukraine. Its source is in Belgorod Oblast, near the Russian-Ukrainian border, near the village of Volchya Alexandrovka. [2] It flows in a predominantly westerly direction.
