Roy Chester Martin Jr. (born December 25, 1966) is a former American sprinter. He is considered one of the greatest high school sprinters in American history, [ 1 ] [ 2 ] [ 3 ] and at the height of his career, he competed for the United States at the 1988 Summer Olympics .
