The Etiwanda Water Company, a mutual water company, and pipe system of irrigation designed by George Chaffey became the standard for water system management in southern California. In 2016, the Arts building was demolished and has been replaced with a building which has its own theatre. The sixth form is also in this building, with teaching rooms, a common room and a quiet study area. It also has its own cafe which is only for students in year 12 and 13, as well as teachers.
