Utah State Route 12. State Route 12 or Scenic Byway 12 ( SR-12 ), also known as "Highway 12 — A Journey Through Time Scenic Byway", is a 123-mile-long (198 km) state highway designated an All-American Road located in Garfield County and Wayne County, Utah, United States.
Taking place between April 1997 and July 2001, the I-15 reconstruction project was the Utah Department of Transportation's first major Interstate reconstruction project. The project involved the renovation of 16.2 miles (26.1 km) of I-15 from 600 North in Salt Lake City to 10600 South ( SR-151) in Sandy.
