InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort is located in the Sơn Trà Peninsula [1] of Da Nang, which is also known as Monkey Mountain. It is about a 30-minute drive from Danang International Airport [4] and also the downtown of Danang. The resort occupies 39 hectares of the peninsula including 700 meters of private beach.
More than 40% of that is produced in Khánh Hòa province and Da Nang (21.8% and 20%) and another 13 to 14% each by Quảng Nam province and Bình Định province. Bình Thuận province has been able to increase its share to 12% with growth rates in industry averaging 21.6% from 2000 to 2007.
