Mount Pleasant encompasses the intersection of Mount Pleasant Road (running east–west) and Gaunt's Bridge Road (running north–south), 40°3′56″N 74°40′4″W.

Alexandria Township is a township in Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 4,809, [8] a decrease of 129 (−2.6%) from the 2010 census count of 4,938, [16] [17] which in turn reflected an increase of 240 (+5.1%) from the 4,698 counted in the 2000 census.
