Bridgetowne is a redevelopment of several former industrial properties along the Marikina River in Rosario and Ugong Norte. The eight-hectare Quezon City property was acquired by Robinsons Land in 2011, two hectares of which was purchased from Republic Glass Holdings Corp. which operated a glass manufacturing facility at the location.
Reflections at Keppel Bay in Singapore is a luxury waterfront residential complex on approx 84,000 m² of land with 750m of shoreline. The Gateway is a 37-storey, 150 m (490 ft), skyscraper complex completed in April 1990 on Beach Road in the Downtown Core of Singapore. The two buildings are named The Gateway East and The Gateway West. The embassy of Mexico is located on the 3rd floor of The Gateway East.
The mall is part of an integrated development which includes a hotel and an office tower. The hotel is built above the mall and the office tower is built above orchardgateway@emerald, another shopping mall located opposite Orchard Gateway. The hotel consists of 500 rooms and is linked to the office tower by a glass tubular overhead bridge. [3]
One Marina Boulevard was designed by DP Architects, and completed in 2004.
