The Lake Wanahoo/Sand Creek Project began in the early 1990s as an effort to control severe flood problems on Sand and Wahoo creeks. Efforts to find solutions for the flood problems date back to at least the mid-1960s, and numerous reports and studies since then confirmed the need for flood control in the area.
Table Rock Lake is an artificial lake or reservoir in the Ozarks of southwestern Missouri and northwestern Arkansas in the United States. Czechland Lake Recreation Area is a recreation area located 1 mile north of Prague, Saunders County, Nebraska. It is located on Czechland Lake and the park consists of 260 acres (1.1 km 2 ) of land. The park is owned and operated by the Lower Platte North Natural Resources District.
