Vijetha (transl. Winner) is a 1985 Indian Telugu-language film directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy and produced by Allu Aravind starring Chiranjeevi, Bhanupriya, and J. V. Somayajulu. The film released on 23 October 1985. [1] The film was a remake of the 1981 Bengali film Saheb which was earlier remade in Hindi as Saaheb (1985) with Anil Kapoor. [2]
Film World magazine rated the film "Good" and wrote, "Vijeta is perhaps the first film of its kind, a film which shows the Indian Air Force, its gallant men and their life in true colours."
