This is an SVG version of the Time Zone map from the CIA World Factbook 2007. It was converted from the PDF original using Adobe Illustrator CS2. The SVG settings used were: DTD:SVG1.1; FONT:SVG; SUBSETTING:Only Glyphs Used. There are two fonts that I had to substitute.
Depending on your connection speed, it may take some time, the file is 2.5MB. Because of the display issue, I have uploaded a PNG version of this image which is here. Update 6 July 2007- the image seems to be displaying fine now. This is an SVG version of the Time Zone map from the CIA World Factbook 2007.

In the source code, the states have been alphabetized, and css classes have been added so that it's easier to color specific regions (as per US census regions and some others).
