Deborah Mary Peterson (born on August 22, 1961) is an American musician and the drummer of the band The Bangles. [1] She sang lead vocals on two of the band's released singles, " Going Down to Liverpool " (1984) and " Be with You " (1989).
The original lineup included Hoffs (guitar and vocals), Vicki Peterson (guitar and vocals), Debbi Peterson (drums and vocals), and Annette Zilinskas (bass). After Zilinskas left in 1983 to focus on other projects, Michael Steele , formerly of The Runaways , joined as bassist and vocalist, cementing the classic lineup.

Susanna Lee Hoffs (born January 17, 1959) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and actress. She, Debbi Peterson, and Vicki Peterson founded the Bangles in 1981. Their debut album, All Over the Place (1984), was acclaimed by critics but sold poorly.
