Manji Sahib Gurudwara (also known as Alamgir Sahib) is located near the village of Alamgir, Ludhiana district, Punjab, India. Guru Gobind Singh , tenth guru of the Sikhs, stayed here for a short while.
A Manji (Punjabi: ਮੰਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਥਾ ) was a Sikh religious administrative unit, similar to a parish or diocese, for the propagation of Sikhism. [1] It was part of the Sikh missionary administrative organization founded by Guru Amar Das , the third Guru of Sikhism .

The building (specifically known as a Manji Sahib) at this site was originally a small, domed room, which was transformed into a larger structure later-on. [5] Three iron girdles have been installed to support the aging tree as well as stilts by the local gurdwara management committee. [5]
The Sixth Sikh Guru, Guru Hargobind Sahib, came to the gurdwara and stayed for some time where Gurdwara Manji Sahib is built. Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru, also visited Tarn Taran Sahib via Baba Bakala Sahib, Sathiala, Wazir Bhullar, Goindwal Sahib and Khadur Sahib and preached to the Sikh sangat (congregations).
Bhai Arak constructed a simple memorial at the mound in honour of the Guru. His descendants continued to manage it until 1883 when Bhai Mall Singh, a mahant of Dhamtan, constructed the square domed Manji Sahib which still stands. This is the seat of the holy Guru Granth Sahib.

Gurudwara Neem Sahib - This Gurudwara is located at the Dogra gate, near Sivan Gate on the Cheeka Pehowa Road, Kaithal. This Gurudwara is dedicated to the Ninth Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. He stopped here on his way from Anandpur Sahib to Delhi. Guruji stayed at the site of Gurudwara Manji Sahib. Early in the morning, Guruji came to this place.
