Guntur Kaaram is the soundtrack to the 2024 film of the same name, composed by Thaman S, with the soundtrack consisting of six songs written by Ramajogayya Sastry, Gongura, and Trivikram. Five of the songs were released as singles before the soundtrack's official release through the Aditya Music on 26 January 2024.
It was released on 30 December 2023 (released on YouTube as a lyrical video song) as the third single from the album, through Aditya Music. [2] [3] The full video song, featuring scenes directly from the film, was released on 1 February 2024 on YouTube. [4] "Kurchi Madathapetti" experienced large amounts of commercial success.
Deepthi Suresh has recorded the song in Tamil language. Unlike the other songs from the soundtrack, "Chuttamalle" is a romantic melody that is presented from the perspective of the female lead (Janhvi Kapoor). [7] The song was compared with the Sri Lankan song "Manike Mage Hithe" for the similar instrumental arrangements and compositions.
