Remy Zero was an American alternative rock band from Birmingham, Alabama, formed in 1989. It was composed of August Cinjun Tate (vocals, guitar), Shelby Tate (guitar, vocals, keyboards), Cedric LeMoyne (bass), Jeffrey Cain (guitar, vocals), and Louis Schefano (drums), who was later replaced by Gregory Slay (drums, percussion).
"Prophecy" is a song by rock band Remy Zero. Taken from their album Villa Elaine, it charted on both the United States Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. The song was featured in the movies She's All That and The Last Kiss. The song featured in Charmed Episode #1.3 "Thank You For Not Morphing".
After recording the album, Radiohead, who the band had toured with previously, added Remy Zero to their tour in support of OK Computer. The band also toured with Scottish band Travis.
