Chinachem Group (Chinese: 華懋集團) is a corporate group established in Hong Kong by Teddy Wang's father Wang Din Sin (王廷歆). [ 1 ] The early years of the group were dedicated to exploration of and investment in agricultural projects and chemicals.

Dr. Kung Yan-sum (Chinese: 龔仁心; born in 1943 in Shanghai) is the younger brother of the late Nina Wang, who used to be Asia's richest woman and the chairman of Chinachem Group, one of the biggest privately held property developers in Hong Kong. He is a doctor with a private clinic in Hong Kong Garden, Tsing Lung Tau, Tsuen Wan. [1]

Nina Tower is a twin tower of 80-storey and 42-storey high-rise buildings in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong near Tsuen Wan West station. The tower was designed to be the tallest tower in the world at 518 m (1,699 ft). [2] However, due to its location near Chek Lap Kok Airport, the height was restricted to the current 319.8 m (1,049 ft).
