This catalog lists the OTC products you can order online, by phone or through the mail. You can also use your card allowance to purchase eligible OTC items in select stores. For a full list of items available at an in network retail locations, visit Aetna.NationsBenefits.com or the Benefits Pro mobile app.
You can place your OTCHS order anytime during the month. Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 8 PM local time (except Hawaii). Not all items are available in all stores. If your item is not available, please contact OTCHS or visit CVS com/otchs/myorder to process your order.
