Plastisol inks will not dry, but must be cured. Curing can be done with a flash dryer, or any oven. Most plastisols need to reach a temperature of about 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit) for full curing. Plastisol tends to sit atop the fabric instead of soaking into the fibres, giving the print a raised, plasticized texture.
Upon heating the mixture, the peroxide converts to a free radical, which adds to an acrylate, initiating crosslinking. Some organic resins are cured with heat. As heat is applied, the viscosity of the resin drops before the onset of crosslinking , whereupon it increases as the constituent oligomers interconnect.
As the acetone vaporizes and leaves the cells, it draws the liquid polymer in behind it, leaving a cell filled with liquid plastic. [5] The plastic must then be cured with gas, heat, or ultraviolet light, to harden it. [4] Specimens, which can vary from a full human body to a small piece of an animal organ, are known as 'plastinates'.

Studies show that keeping your head at the appropriate height—about 2 inches (or 5 centimeters) off the bed—helps air flow into the lungs and stabilizes your respiratory function. However ...
Although thermal degradation is defined as an oxygen free process it is difficult in practise to completely exclude oxygen. Where this is the case thermal oxidation is to be expected, leading to the formation of free radicals by way of hydroperoxides. These may then participate in thermal degradation reactions, accelerating the rate of breakdown.
