Rice Creek is a tributary of the Mississippi River in the northern suburbs of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area of Minnesota in the United States. It is approximately 28 miles (45 km) long [ 1 ] and drains a watershed of 201 square miles (520 km 2 ).

Rice Creek is a stream in Putnam County, Florida in Florida, a tributary of the St. Johns River.It arises in the Rice Creek Swamp (also known as Nine Mile Swamp) west of Palatka in Putnam County, flowing north until it passes under Florida State Road 100, and then eastward, passing under U.S. Route 17 in Florida before reaching the St. Johns River.
Besides fishing, the riverway is a popular destination for canoeing, boating, camping, tubing, and hunting. Camping is provided at dozens of National Park Service-designated sites, at state parks along the river, and, in certain sections, anywhere users wish to camp.
