University of Northern Philippines entrance in Tamag, Vigan City. The University of Northern Philippines (UNP; Filipino: Pamantasan ng Kahilagaang Pilipinas [1]) is a university in Barangay Tamag, in the City of Vigan in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
