The author has put the source files on the web in FH11 and PDF format. If you open them in Adobe Illustrator, you should be able to save them in SVG format. After that, I would also recommend opening the SVG versions in Inkscape and saving as "Plain SVG". Would do it myself, but I don't have Adobe Illustrator. -- I.
