Aghdam District (Azerbaijani: Ağdam rayonu) is one of the 66 administrative divisions of Azerbaijan. It is located in the west of the country and belongs to the Karabakh Economic Region . The district borders the districts of Khojaly , Kalbajar , Tartar , Khojavend , Aghjabadi , and Barda .

Alıbəyli (also, Alybeili and Alybeyli) is a village and municipality in the Aghdam District of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 3,366. The municipality consists of the villages of Kiçikli, Birinci Alıbəyli, and İkinci Alıbəyli. [1]
The village was occupied by Armenian forces during the First Nagorno-Karabakh war and administrated as part of Martakert Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh by the name Չուլլու.
