The Shenzhen Metro (深圳地铁) is the rapid transit system for the city of Shenzhen in Guangdong province, China.The newest lines and extensions which opened on December 27, 2024 put the network at 595.1 kilometres (369.8 miles) [5] [b] of trackage.
It is located at the ground level of Futian Port Control Point in Futian District, Shenzhen, People's Republic of China, and it is the only ground station in Shenzhen Metro. Futian Port Control Point and Futian Checkpoint Station are connected to Hong Kong's Lok Ma Chau station by a footbridge. [2] [3]
Shenzhen Metro Line 1 (formerly branded as Luobao line) runs West–East from Airport East to Luohu. [3] Line 1 is shown as green on maps, however the band on both sides of the trains is coloured red.
