it cost 149 million!!! talk about flushed away.. this website says that the actual production budget was $90 million. It seems that the 149 million figure is the "total cost" and includes a number of other costs such as marketing, etc. You know, it makes me kinda happy that this CGI film wasn't as cost-effective as Aardman's previous films.
