Suddenly yesterday 2/3/2024 in Bing Image Creator appear with following message "Image creation is coming soon to your region", but it was working find until friday 2/2/2024.
There is no Bing Image Creator on the concern page. Unfortunately the simple fact is that Bing Image creator is hamstrung by a ridiculous single-word block. Their content policy as linked is meaningless as it is so general, gives zero guidance and it is wrong. There is no way that the word 'woman' is sexual or harmful.
