@colleenyoung Yes, I am able to log into the patient portal at mayoclinic.org Now that I am logged in, there is a message that the patient online services is currently unavailable on mobile. Just for fun, I pulled up some test results and the reports come up, but the image viewer to see X-rays and MRIs is not working.
If it were me, I would talk with my parent and see if I could log into their patient portal for them. That would give you the means to be their advocate and allow you to let the doctors know who you are and that you are trying to help them navigate the Mayo Clinic system.
