It’s possible something has gone into Autoexec.bat so try typing the following commands from DOS: ren c:\autoexec.bat autoexec.old. ren c:\config.sys config.old. Type these “exactly” (including spaces) and hit Enter after each of the two command lines. The above action temporarily disables the two files and Windows should start without them.
On Win 7, the ALT+Enter hotkey never worked for full screen, although, there is a hack that you could try. After you get the Command Prompt Window, at the C:> prompt type: wmic. Press Enter. Now use the Maximize button in the upper right corner. In Win 7 you get a full screen.

Then at the a:\> prompt type ren c:\windows\win.com win.old and enter. That renames win.com so you can use a full version cd in what is essentially an upgrade. Then with the 95 cd in the cdrom type X:\win95\setup and enter, where X: is the cdrom drive letter indicated when you booted up. That starts the installation.
Few days back i tried to make GHOST bootable dvd which boots up and automatically copy the image( on dvd) of my operating system to my first partition. It took my lot of time to compile that DVD and finally it boots and load mouse drivers and when it jumps to run the ghost command it diaplys a message that this program cant be run in DOS mode.

Due to the low and decreasing popularity of DOS systems, manufacturers have little incentive to write DOS drivers. If you want audio in a real mode DOS system you will need a older audio card for which a DOS driver is available. A DOS driver wouldn’t be able to support all of the features of a modern card anyway.
