Yes, Windows 10 comes with a backup program called "Windows Backup & Restore (Windows 7)" That is the exact name listed in the Control Panel in Windows 10. I use this and Microsoft still has not answered my question! All they do is refer me to links that do not mention that exact name in the Control Panel.

You will not find anywhere on Microsoft's website a recommendation to use B&R to make images.
