In 1963, the Normandy Residence Center became the University of Missouri–St. Louis; the university is partially within the City of Normandy. [6] [7] In May 1977, Normandy annexed Berdell Hills. Normandy Schools Collaborative (formerly the Normandy School District) is a public school district serving 23 municipalities in northern St. Louis County, Missouri.The district operates one comprehensive high school which includes an alternative education program, five grade 1-8 elementary schools, and one early learning center (for pre-school, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten students).
