After installing and extensively testing the Karran for an extended period, we’re happy to report that this sink lives up to the reputation of its manufacturer and is worth every dime it commands. Here’s what we like about it.
EDIT: I called customer service, and they were super helpful. They confirmed that the package of clips included isn't for this model, and that I just need to fill the gap in the attached clips, which I did by cutting some wood blocks and gluing them in place under the counter.

Customer Service. Karran's customer service is very good. We did not use our usual battery of structured test questions to assess the service. With smaller companies like Karran, agents quickly realize they are being tested and change behavior.
