Dealing with the same issue here. XR15-UQ remote, TCL tv, Vizio sound bar (32545 code). No matter the steps used (reset remote & use the on-screen remote setup, or enter the programming codes manually), the remote loses the ability to turn the TV on or off and only controls power for the sound bar.

We received a new tv box and remote control in January. The programming of the remote control hung part way through. I have been able to program the remote control partially to where I can change channels and the volume with the remote control. We can’t use the voice portion of the remote control.

Is it posible to program the remote that came with the returned X1 to work on the new X1 cable box? The new X1 cable box came with it's own remote but it is slightly differant than the remote we have been used to so I would like to just program the original remote to control the new X1 cable box.
