I had a Seventh Avenue account and on two credit reports it shows as Seventh Avenue and one it shows as Swiss Colony? Should I just dispute the Swiss Colony and act as if I don't know what the account is?
I have received nothing in the mail from SRS. The voices that left the messages: the first two sets of calls, the first message was in a woman's voice with a slight British accent. The second message was in a man's voice with a strong southern or western accent. The most recent calls, both messages were the same voice, a man with no accent.

The account had been closed as a Charge Off with zero balance. Then I noticed a collections from LVMV Funding LLC, with Webbank/Fingerhut as the original creditor. Rather than speak to LVMV Funding LLC, I called Webbank/Fingerhut to dispute the account. Upon calling I was transferred to a fraud agent to discuss this matter.
