At the Hawk's Well is a one-act play by William Butler Yeats, first performed in 1916 and published in 1917. It is one of five plays by Yeats which are loosely based on the stories of Cuchulain [1] the mythological hero of ancient Ulster. It was the first English-language play heavily influenced by Japanese Noh Theatre.
