The Grade II listed St Anne's Chapel [45] was restored in 2012 and is used as a community centre that can accommodate 60 people. [46] It was an ancient Gothic chantry chapel, whose assets were acquired by the Mayor of Barnstaple and others in 1585, some time after the Dissolution of the Monasteries.
