Lake Tomahawk is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in central Middleton Township, Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. The population was 494 at the 2020 census . [ 3 ] It was established in 1966 by the American Realty Service Corporation as a private planned community surrounding the man-made Lake Tomahawk reservoir.
The CDP is located along the northern shore of Indian Lake [3] and includes the neighborhood known as Island View. [4] The northern edge of the CDP follows Ohio State Route 235, the eastern edge follows Blackhawk Run, the southern edge is the shore of Indian Lake, and the western edge is the border of Indian Lake State Park.
