Marriage records can be requested from the County Clerk. Information with marriage records includes the parties that applied, date applied, and the date of marriage. Certified divorce records can be requested from the Circuit Court Clerk’s office.

Availability of Files. All records, except those impounded or sealed by statute or order of the court, are open to the public during business hours 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
