Tony Blinken is likely going to be the Secretary of State (despite Wikipedia's current statement of it as fact), and while I much prefer a State Department run by anyone not affiliated with the Trump administration, Mr. Blinken comes with some of the same Neocon-esque positions that many were concerned about with Hillary Clinton.
